Lemon Crush" is the spiritual successor to "Cherry Crush. Jesse explains its simple story: “The title track was born almost by an accidental ‘eureka’ moment in the studio when I was working on the original “Cherry Crush” track. I had soloed some of the arpeggios and they sounded incredible just on their own and then another melody line entered my mind, I quickly added that and a few more sounds and this alternate version of “Cherry Crush” was created. “It had a special feeling about it so I quickly made a 3 minute loop of just the main melody section. I saved this file as “Lemon Crush” for fun and kept it in my rather large “work in progress” folder and went back to finishing “Cherry Crush”.
